Eleven-year-old Hope Balliet is on a mission to raise money for her local shelter.  She decided to start a small business making one-of-a-kind, tie-dyed shoes.  She then uses the proceeds to make donations to her local shelter.

A Texas auto parts store employee helped save the life of at least one dog by refusing to sell antifreeze to a deranged woman who was hell-bent on killing a stray who was roaming around her neighborhood.

Justin Weynant was working his shift at O’Reilly Auto Parts when a woman came in and asked a question he never thought he’s hear.

Marcus doesn’t seem to be cut out for life at a New Zealand lodge.  He prefers sleeping indoors and going on car rides to being outside in a paddock.  This wouldn’t be unusual if Marcus was a dog, but he’s a sheep.  So now he’s going to a home where his unique personality can shine.
