If you saw an emaciated dog with a chain embedded in its neck, left outside in the freezing cold, you’d do what you could to save it, right?  That’s what some animal lovers in Washington state did, and the Humane Society of Tacoma just put her right back into the hands her abuser and said animal control is investigating.

In San Diego, California on the 3^rd of January, a small dog was found with multiple rubber bands keeping her mouth tightly closed like a muzzle.  The poor little dog had suffered some pretty serious wounds on her face, and she was a bit underweight.  Now, police and animal services officials are asking the public for assistance finding her abuser, and need all the help they can get.

On November 25, 2014, Karen Herrera from Fontana, Calif., found a white and brown female dog inside a garbage bag tossed on the side of the road. The dog had endured abuse at the hands of her owner prior to getting discarded with the garbage. The dog’s body had multiple bite wounds and patches of missing fur, yet, she had somehow survived the unimaginable and patiently waited on the side of the road for a helping hand.
