“Witnesses say the officers followed the dogs into the backyard,” Starr said. “One witness told me, ‘your animals were perfectly fine until we could no longer see them.’”
“It’s bittersweet,” Riina Cooke said. “I think a bucket list gives you a lot of hope and happiness watching them go in a positive, happy way and have some adventures and create new memories.”
“The adoptive family came right in saw him, heard his story and fell in love. We knew he had a family out there waiting for him, it was just going to take time.”
A Long Island family has been reunited with their Labradoodle Cody after he spent 13 days on the run. Hundreds in the community came together to help bring Cody safely home.
A depressed 13-year-old in china became so distraught that she attempted to commit suicide by jumping from her roof. Her dog came to the rescue and helped pull her up to safety as she clung o the roof's edge.
