Five years ago David McCary was on visiting Houston, Texas from San Antonio when his dog was stolen. Now after all this time the two will finally be reunited this weekend.
“They’re all going the vet right now, in trips of about 10 a day, and looking forward to getting great new homes. They’re getting good nutritious food here, and learning to play with other dogs.”

Katie Adams is only 10-years-old, but she is already a business owner. She bakes and sells homemade dog treats and through her business has donated hundreds of dollars to help shelter dogs.
Mark Boehler isn’t sure if he has much time left and all he wants is to see his dog Thor before he dies. He is suffering from stage-3 esophageal cancer and while undergoing chemotherapy in November, Thor was stolen from Boehler’s yard.
“I noticed all the cute, cuddly ones were being selected, but he was being overlooked, so I decided I would have him,” Ursula Dalton said. “Here his life is totally different to in Romania.”
