After being the victim of vicious dog attacks, Little Bear found guardian angels that saved his life, helped him heal, and got him ready for his happily-ever-after.
The pup could have easily been hit by one of the trains, but thanks to train workers who responded quickly to the emergency call, the dog is alive and well.
“Luckily somebody saw this, because this is a horrible situation for a dog. This person was in the right spot at the right time,” said Capt. David Walesky for Palm Beach County ACC.
“I like to know that my dogs will be spoiled, and will be allowed to sit on the sofa,” Ana-Maria Ciulcu said. “So one of my first questions would be, ‘Are you going to chain him?’”
"I am passing away. I don't know when exactly. Of course, everyone is passing away. But the cancer, you know — stage four is the ultimate stage —, and he needs a home," says Cudd.
“We whistled, called and it actually came to us,” Officer Alvarez said. “It was actually very happy to see somebody because remember, it came from the Bronx.”
