“And when the dog hit the ground, the dog got up and started running toward the vehicle that threw it out of the window. Talk about how sad of a situation this was,” lamented Chief Gross.
After only two years of efforts by the No-Kill Los Angeles (NKLA) Coalition, the clear results are already shining as an example to cities around the nation.
