On August 21, 2014, a Pit bull mix gave California drivers an evening to remember. The pooch was running loose on the 710 Freeway and Los Angeles area commuters joined forces to rescue the dog, avoiding a tragic accident.

Virtudes, a Spanish woman, lost control of her car and fell 98 feet off a cliff but no one other than her loyal dog Canelo saw the accident. The woman spent 20 hours trapped inside her car at the bottom of the precipice before getting rescued.

How many times have you seen your dog do something funny and tried taking a picture of it, but by the time you get your phone or camera ready, your pet moved and no matter how much you bribe him to pose again, your dog doesn’t cooperate?
